Fantastic ! Exciting ! well organized and saw so many animals ! It started with an on time pickup at our timeshare at 6:30 A.M. in a Mercedes. After a 2 hour drive we arrived at the lodge, which was magnificent, for a fabulous huge buffet. We boarded an open truck with a canopy cover and drove onto the reserve. Within several minutes we came upon several hippos sunning them selves near a body of water. Soon, the driver pulled up next to a pride of lions, 2 males and 3 females, We stopped on the average 5 to 10 feet from the animals as the driver explained their habitat and many interesting comments about them, The driver was terrific. During the 2 and 1/2 hour safari, as we observed the following close up, a rhino mother with a baby along side, zebras, wilderbeast. springbok, giraffes. elephants as we drove along. Ostrich as they were feeding. The driver stopped frequently so we could observe the animals. It was thrilling. ! A Great experience that we will never forget. Highly recommended.

  5. Mahtava reissu. Erittäin osaava opas/kuski. Ajomatkat hauskoja, samassa kyydissä pari Hollantilaista naista, Amerikkalainen ja Chileläinen ja me kaks Suomesta. Nauroimme paljon. Safarilla näimme ihania eläimiä, maistelimme oliiveja, viinejä. Kävimme karkkitehtaalla, olut panimossa. Ihana reissu

Besten Dank.

  8. We book our trip for Thursday and they send an email for changing the date because of the weather, which it's ok because we now about the wind and stuff you can have in Cape Town. Today was supposed to be they day, and we called because they didn't came to pick us up, and they say they changed the activity time from 7 to 11!!! We woke up at six for nothing and without advice. Today we are having the trip and I hope it's very good and nice for writing a new and better review. The good thing is that the tour operator answered the phone and explained us the situation.

Awesome! Really good experience. A bit of a trek to get to, as google has an pin location in the town of Ceres, which is incorrect. But even though we arrived late, we managed to join the rest of the tour. Rangers worked really hard to show all the animals. Lunch was poor, vegetarian options were limited. Also note drinks are additional costs and not included in the lunch! Overall great value for money!

Nice tour My guide Ferne was really nice and funny. Her voice is really nice and clear. She managed everything really well. I was in a group with 10 other tourists. So there were not too many people. We had lots of fun. I stayed in the Backpacker's with own room and bathroom. They were all really lovely. But of course sometimes you get jealous when you see the B&B rooms. Ferne allways tried to get us to the accommodation before sunset, so we can see the beautiful area around it. Usually, when we had a longer way to drive, she stopped every 1,5 to 2h to get us a little break and stretch our legs. We were really lucky in the Addo Elephant Park. We saw many elephants and they were really close. And we saw some lions too! I really can recommend this tour and the company. We needed a new bus after a stone smashed a window, so we had a regular stop at the pinguins and after we came back, the bus was exchanged already. So they are really organized.

Not real safari It's fine if you want a taste of safari near capetiwn but be well prepared that you might not be able to see all the big 5. Requested for halal food which they said OK but once we got there they have no idea. It's more of a conservation project so i guess it's worth the money to help out in the sense .

  18. As other reviewers already said, the tour felt like driving through a big zoo. Animals were fed to ensure they're where they're supposed to be. The 'welcome drink' did not happen.

Great Day- Lovely Employees-awesome animals First of all- the people who work there are awesome, very nice, funny and talk very good/ clear and slow English for people who cant understand it so good. I liked the fact that they leave the animals alone as they are want to live. (Like not feeding them to get them to the truck of stuff like that) The tour guide we had was awsome. He made really good jokes and told us a lot about the animals. I would always recommend you guys

Great Opportunity to get an overview of the Cape Region Our tour guide Gerhard Pretorius gave us lots of interesting information about the areas we travelled through. He was very carefully planning our days, arranging restaurant visits, tour activities and re-confirming accommodation. He kept everyone well informed about the schedule. Our group was getting along very well with each other so all of us had dinner together with the tour guide every night. The restaurants proposed by the tour guide were all excellent and very special. Most likely, someone travelling individually on the Garden Route would not find these nice places. Since this was a combination of Garden Route and Wine Tour, we changed bus and tour guide in Stellenbosch. Our new tour guide Moudi and the new group were also very pleasant and again we all had a good time having dinner together. All the activities were exactly as advertised and we enjoyed them very much.

Löwen haben wir beispielsweise garnicht gesehen, was sehr schade ist, da uns diese am meisten interessiert haben. Das inklusive Frühstück war in Ordnung.
