Excellent choice, wonderful time. Excellent choice, wonderful time. Our guide, Ian , from African Moon Adventures had a well planned itinerary, and was personable and informative throughout. The tea and biscuits at one of the stops was a very nice touch. Our only regret was that we did not discover African Moon Adventures earlier in our stay so that we could have booked other trips with them.

  2. Simply amazing! We had the most wonderful day! Everything was perfect. Thank you so much for the experience 🙂

Excellent tour!! We were able to go to 4 different vineyards for wine tasting and our tour guides, Eric & Carlie were exceptionally fantastic guides. They were fun to hang out with and we got to know them well on our 8hr tour. Biking through Franschoek in the wine country was amazing & the weather was perfect. I would recommend this tour to anyone who would love the combination of biking & wine. It was a great way to end our trip in South Africa!

Amazing day! We had the best tour! Having Ian as a our tour guide more felt like spending the day with a friend. It was our first Game Drive and we loved it. Willie, who took us on en route, really loved his job and his animals. Beer and wine tasting were super nice as well. Would totally book again.

Really nice vineyards & guide!A bit overpriced though for what you get Rodney the guide was awesome! Organization superb! However a bit pricey, maximum 50€ would be appropriate for this trip as each wine tasting normally costs 50 Rand (less than 4€) If you rent a car and pay for each of the 3 vineyards you are much better of driveways. But of course one cannot drink and has to drive back 😉

Such a great experience seeing the Whales & Dolphins – excellent!! Our guide Sampson was great – very informative and helped make our day special. You need to have sea faring legs for the boat trip!! But seeing the Whales and a huge pod of Dolphins made it all worthwhile- it was like a scene from the Blue Planet! The wine tasting and food was great followed by seeing the Penguins and a trip round the coastal route. Great trip and great value for money – highly recommended!

  7. Mahtava reissu. Erittäin osaava opas/kuski. Ajomatkat hauskoja, samassa kyydissä pari Hollantilaista naista, Amerikkalainen ja Chileläinen ja me kaks Suomesta. Nauroimme paljon. Safarilla näimme ihania eläimiä, maistelimme oliiveja, viinejä. Kävimme karkkitehtaalla, olut panimossa. Ihana reissu

Was a very nice personal tour with visits to some amazing places. Maybe the full day trip trying to visit 4 wine farms could be reduced to say 3 farms with lunch at one of these 3 farms – it became quite tiring towards the end of the day. Our guide was quite competent and very pleasant

  16. Memorable We had a wonderful day on the full day wine tour with out tour guide, Danson. We were taken to three beautiful wineries, historical sites, a lovely cafe in Franschhoek and covered all the major wine regions in the Western Cape. Danson was very knowledgeable about the history of the areas and made sure we got the most out of the day. The best part was the chocolate and wine pairing. A highly recommended tour.

Tedious tour In general I dislike and will not recommend this tour. The down side is that: 1. There was no opportunity to visit the vineards. II. It was tedious and there was a lack of information around the wine and this grapes. III. There was time enough to have a more efficient tour with less visit and more lecturin.

Had a great morning at two different wine tastings. Awesome guide (Machy) knew lots about places on the route to stellenbosch etc and great folks on the tour with us. Great range of wines, cheeses and biltong. All in all a great day with good laughs!

  27. Not as expected Though the driver was extremely nice and provided us with so many information, the wineries the trip includes are not good ones. I tasted 11 wines and I couldn't buy any of them. I was hoping to go back home with good quality South African wine, but I was disappointed. Among the three wineries, Marianne was the best. The third winery is the worst. Not only their wine was awful, but they didn’t care about the guests and didn't give useful information or even had a conversation with their guests.

  28. My guide, Joseph, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and personable. I would highly recommend Joseph

The only negative was that the information booklet we were given on departure would have been handy prior to the trip so we could review the day trip.
